The Toyota BT Optio M & H-series supports picking up to 12.1 m and is suited for a wide variety of applications such as spare parts distribution centers and manufacturing companies. The range offers capacities of 1000 and 1200 kg and is built around the operator with an excellent man-machine interface, offering great stability at elevated heights and setting the standard in medium to high level order picking.

Choice of chassis
Our medium and high level order picker range comes with different chassis widths to choose from, depending on required capacity and lift height. The narrower trucks (810 mm and 1050 mm wide) are easy to use and navigate. The wider 1250 mm chassis can handle higher lift heights and capacity. The range supports picking of bulky items thanks to the walkthrough versions.
Wire/rail guidance
Toyota’s order pickers can be free ranging or work with different guidance systems to travel safely in the aisles. The Toyota BT Optio is available with rail guidance where metal profiles are placed on the sides of the aisle and wire guidance. With wire guidance the trucks have sensors that detect a powered wire in the floor to follow its path.
User-friendly operator compartment
The Toyota BT Optio H-series driver cabin has a choice of controls to suit the driver’s preference. It comes with many storage compartments for small or large items. The low step-in height and wide entrance make it easy and safe to get on or off. LED lights in the overhead guard ensure safer operating.
Operating flexibility
On the high level order pickers you get intuitive controls to operate the truck. Also, the operating position can be changed from fork direction to mast direction, or in both directions, according to the load or the operator’s preference.
